With your personal access code on your phone, you can let yourself in whenever you arrive. The Work Floor is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and you only pay for the time you book. Simple and fair.

Accessing The Work Floor couldn't be simpler. Book a flexible workspace and you'll receive a personal access code on your phone. Use it to unlock the door yourself, giving you the freedom to arrive and leave whenever it suits you. The coworking space is located on the first floor and is easily accessible by lift.

Free parking is available right outside the building, and EV charging stations are located behind the property for electric vehicles. Of course, you'll also enjoy superfast Wi-Fi—an essential ingredient for a productive workday.

Conveniently located in the heart of the Netherlands, just off the **A28 motorway**, The Work Floor is easy to reach from anywhere. A supermarket is only a five-minute walk away, while the charming town centre of Nijkerk can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot. The train station is also nearby, approximately a 20-minute walk from the venue.

Our meeting room comfortably accommodates **up to 12 people** and is fully equipped with everything you need. The interactive digital display doubles as both a presentation screen and a digital flipchart. The chairs are designed for comfort, making even longer meetings enjoyable. Sticky notes, markers, paper—you name it, it's all provided.

The Work Floor is conveniently located in **Nijkerk**, just off the **A28 motorway** and close to the town centre. With free parking right outside the building and EV charging stations available, it's an ideal location for meetings, workshops, and team sessions. The meeting space is located on the first floor and is easily accessible by both stairs and lift.

Enjoy unlimited coffee and tea throughout your stay, along with complimentary fresh fruit. You're also welcome to make use of the kitchen facilities, including the refrigerator.
