The Work Floor

The Work Floor is where work feels effortless. It's the ideal place to host a training session, run a workshop, hold a company meeting, or even organise a business photoshoot. Whatever you're planning, you'll have all the space you need.

With room for up to 40 people, The Work Floor is the perfect venue for both small and larger groups. There are 25 workstations, with an additional 12 seats available in the meeting room. You're welcome from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Access is simple with your own personal door code, and once inside you can easily let your colleagues or guests in at the touch of a button.

Of course, you'll have unlimited use of all our facilities. Fresh coffee and tea are always available, along with fresh fruit and a selection of sweet treats. You'll also have everything you need to work productively. The Work Floor features an interactive digital display that can be used as both a presentation screen and a digital flipchart. Sticky notes, markers, paper—everything is provided.

Conveniently located just off the **A28 motorway** near Nijkerk, The Work Floor is easy to reach. Free parking is available right outside the building, including EV charging stations. A supermarket is just a five-minute walk away, while the centre of Nijkerk can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot. The train station is approximately a 25-minute walk away. In short, The Work Floor is the ideal location for your next meeting or event.

Practical and comfortable

The building has a lift, although you can also take the stairs to the first floor. Thanks to its large windows, The Work Floor is filled with natural daylight, creating a bright and spacious working environment. Because when you have space around you, you have room to think.
