Located on the third floor of our building, overlooking the Prinsengracht, you’ll find our board and tasting rooms Olijf & Citroen. Both are atmospherically designed with a large round table and comfortable chairs, making them ideal for meetings and breakfast and lunch sessions.

The Citroen room also features a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, and dishwasher, making it perfectly suited for tastings.

The rooms are also well-suited for breakout sessions and can easily be transformed into a reception setup, in combination with the cooking studio and/or Prins IV.

High end & High level. That’s how we describe our cooking studio in just a few words. Located on the top floor of the Egelantiersgracht, the studio offers a spacious, modern kitchen and an 8-meter bar with a spectacular view over Amsterdam’s historic center and canals.

The space is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, atmospheric wooden tables, and comfortable chairs. The building has an elevator, and the studio itself features two separate restrooms.

Our cooking studio is multifunctional: it is used for cooking workshops and private dinners, but also perfectly suited for many other occasions, such as presentations, PR events, receptions, dinners, meetings, champagne tastings, or cocktail workshops.

Prins IV is a unique space located on the fourth floor along the Prinsengracht, offering a spectacular view of Amsterdam’s canal belt. The high ceiling, exposed beams, and interior design create a “speakeasy bar meets Orient Express” atmosphere.

Equipped with a projector and large screen, the space is perfect for presentations, product launches, training sessions, or film screenings. It’s also an ideal setting for a stylish reception with a cocktail bar during an event, or a private retreat for a board meeting.

Chesterfield chairs, a bar globe, ambient lighting behind the beams, and historic decorations make this space a true hidden gem in the city.
