Meetings in the Chapel

The Chapel is the heart of Bovendonk. This large, multifunctional space is perfectly suited for conferences, events, and meetings. It can accommodate up to 350 seated guests for business gatherings and up to 450 in a café or networking setup. Audio-visual support can be arranged according to your needs. Located directly next to the courtyard garden, it's the ideal plenary space, with plenty of room for breakout sessions and networking just steps away.

Meetings in the Hofzaal

The Hofzaal is a spacious meeting room featuring a built-in sound system, plenty of natural light, and direct access to a breakout area with coffee facilities. With access to the courtyard garden, it’s the ideal space for mid-sized groups and larger presentations. The Hofzaal is also perfectly suited as a breakout room for conferences and seminars, offering presentation capacity for up to 80 people.

Huyskamer

The Huyskamer is a ground-floor space, ideal for small-scale gatherings. With its warm atmosphere and intimate setting, this room accommodates up to 6 people. It's perfect for meetings, brainstorming sessions, or private consultations in a quiet environment.

Meeting in the Johannes Hall

The Johannes Hall is one of the largest meeting rooms at Bovendonk. Located on the second floor at the front of the building, this historic room has been given a modern makeover. It features large wooden beams, its own pantry, and contemporary furnishings. The Johannes Hall is the ideal meeting room, training space, or venue for a (online) seminar. Next to the hall are two breakout rooms that can be used for additional sessions or to split the group if needed.

This room is only accessible by stairs.

Room 19 is located at the front of the building and serves perfectly as breakout rooms for the Johannes Hall.

The Napoleon conference room is located in the inner garden of Bovendonk. Ideal for a short break outside.

he President’s Room is located at the front of our building on the ground floor. The high ceiling and large windows offer a beautiful view of the forest. This space is ideal for a round-table discussion or meeting and accommodates up to 8 people.

The recently renovated Uythof is located on the third floor of the Bovendonk conference venue. With its historic roof trusses—complete with original numbering and wooden pegs—this meeting room offers a truly authentic atmosphere. The built-in surround sound system ensures clear audio for presentations. With five adjacent breakout rooms (each accommodating 8 to 25 people) on the same floor, this space is ideal for smaller conferences with multiple breakout sessions.
