Unlike other retreats that require you to travel to a different location, this program allows you to learn and apply the techniques in a setting that is similar to your daily working life. This way, you can experience the benefits of relaxation and wellbeing without leaving your office.
What will you learn?
In this 8-Week Office Retreat, you will learn 8 proven techniques to boost your wellbeing at work:
- Breathing techniques for relaxation, energy, focus, and balance;
- Meditation techniques for awareness, compassion, creativity, and transformation;
- Also, Scientifically proven therapy tools (.pdf) to cope with stress, anxiety, and negative emotions
Each technique is based on scientific research and ancient wisdom, and can help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional health. You will also receive guidance and feedback from our experienced instructor, dr. Sheng, who is a certified yoga teacher and psychotherapist.
How does it work?
- The onsite sessions are held every Friday morning from (updated timeslot) 10:00 to 10:30, starting from Feb. 9, 16, 23, Mar. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29.
The payment plan is simple and flexible:
- Option 1: Whole package: 48 euro. The whole package also includes two e-books with 21 breathwork and meditation techniques, and a pdf manual with scientifically proven therapy tools.
- Option 2: Accessible for Everyone Plan: if you are worried about the cost, it’s okay. Send us an email (shengnan.lu.phd@gmail.com) or DM on Instagram @yogawithsheng, and we will find a solution for you.
- Option 3: If you want to try it out, you can purchase a Single Session: 9 euro
