How can I change my booking and/or add additional items?

Bookings for Seats2meet.com locations can be changed free of charge up until 24 hours prior to your meeting via your personal menu. To change the booking, click on the link provided in your confirmation e-mail or log in to this page. Select your booking in the booking overview.

Where can I find your availability?

Our availability can be found through our bookingwizard. Enter your preferences (type of meeting, date, number of guests) and the bookingsystem will show you the availability and prices for your specific search.

Where can I find your prices>

Seats2meet.com locations use a modular pricesystem, which means that, instead of a fixed price per meetingroom, you are paying only for the seats you're using. Every booking consists of a seatprice per hour. During your booking you could also add extra products or services provided by the location.
